Availability, venue suitability, delivery charges and any special requirements are confirmed for your individual booking.
Deposits and payment
For themed party bookings, the current published payment arrangement is a 50% deposit to secure the booking, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the party. We send an invoice with bank-transfer details.
Cancellation
The current published themed-party cancellation policy provides a full refund when cancellation is notified at least 14 days before the booking.
Delivery
We are based in Verwood. Local delivery is usually free, with any charge for travel further out confirmed before you book. The currently published themed-party information lists free delivery within roughly 10 miles of Verwood and a £20 charge for Blandford, Poole, Southampton and Salisbury.
Venues and setup
Send us the venue name or delivery address before booking so we can help check the fit. Themed party and Big Bounce Disco setups need around 30 minutes. The themed castle needs at least 10ft of usable venue height.
Outdoor hires
Outdoor use is weather permitting. If you are planning a garden or outdoor event, tell us when you enquire so we can confirm the correct setup and any weather-related requirements for your booking.
