Can we have more than 15 sweet cones?
Yes. Extra sweet cones are £2 each and include the matching colouring page. The package includes 15 as standard.
How does the disco setup work?
The bouncy castle has a disco light and speaker. You can use the supplied party mix or connect your phone by Bluetooth.
How long does setup take?
Please allow around 30 minutes for us to get everything party-ready.
Where do you deliver?
Delivery is free within roughly 10 miles of Verwood, including Ringwood, Fordingbridge, Ferndown, Alderholt, Wimborne and Bournemouth. The current listed charge for Blandford, Poole, Southampton and Salisbury is £20.
How do payments work?
We send an invoice with bank-transfer details. A 50% deposit secures the booking, with the remaining balance due 24 hours before the party.
What if we need to cancel?
The current policy provides a full refund when cancellation is notified at least 14 days before the booking.
